How TikTok Recommendation Algorithm Works Explained
Ever wonder how TikTok seems to know exactly what you want to watch? It isn't magic. It's a recommendation system watching your behavior closely. Watch time is the biggest signal. How long you pause on a video tells it everything. Likes, shares, comments, and replays feed the algorithm every single session. It builds an interest profile from every signal you give, then tests new videos on people like you. If a stranger with similar taste loves a clip, you'll probably see it too.
